'Inside the bag was a jar filled with change and bills'

I came to work after the Christmas holidays and there was a gift bag addressed to me, left by someone anonymous I am told. Inside the bag was a jar filled with change and bills, candy, and two lovely christmas ornaments. Also, was a Christmas card with a message indicating I had been chosen to receive this gift and to pass it along and write a message on this website. Also, was a leatherbound devotional book and the Christmas Jar novel, which I fully intend to read. What a wonderful random act of kindness this is! I had not heard of this tradition and look forward to filling the jar throughout the year and passing it along during the holiday in 2013.
