'I was affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy'

Newtown, Connecticut:

On December 14th 2012 my life changed forever as I was affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy. On Christmas Eve, I received a phone call at approximately 9 p.m. The caller wished me a Merry Christmas and told me something had been left in our mailbox and when I asked who was calling, he simply replied "Merry Christmas".

This selfless act of kindness has renewed my faith in the goodness of humanity. Merry Christmas!
