Christmas Jars Story: 'You don't know how wonderful it feels'

Corning, CA:

This is my 4th year of giving a Christmas Jar. This year I gave my jar to a young mother who lost her husband 2 weeks ago in an accident. My two grown children have helped me deliver my jar every year. It has become a wonderful Christmas Eve tradition.

You don't know how wonderful it feels to give anonymously. You don't realize how much we as humans think we always need recognition until you do something like this...then it's catchy and you find yourself trying to find other ways to do random acts of kindness throughout the year.
