Christmas Jars Story: 'Receiving the Christmas Jar wasn't simply money'

Gilbert, Arizona:

My family was the recipient of a Christmas Jar. My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and we have faced some of the hardest times of our lives. Our last couple years have been rough, we have been foreclosed on, left our home and moved across country, my Husband took a job as a long haul trucker to make ends meet and then this! His faith seems to be unshakeable, but I must admit, mine was almost gone.....receiving the Christmas Jar wasn't simply money, it was a gift of the renewal of my faith.
